Please he informed that the State of Kuwait does not reward the repatriation of the demonetized Kuwaiti Dinar notes and no state could pay of its debts with the demonetized kuwaiti Dinars notes.We do here with enclose statement from the Central Bank of Kuwait concerning demonetization of all denominations of currency Bank-Notes of the Third issue Kuwaiti Dinars.
But please note that currency Bank-Notes of the Fourth Issue Kuwaiti Dinars which were demonetized effective 17/08/1994 and which was stopped to be a legal tender as from 16/02/1995 could be exchanged from the Central Bank of Kuwait only up to 16/08/2004.
