If you wish you can have dinner at "La faïencière" (upon request only).

Traditional cuisine:

* Choucroute - Boeuf gros sel: marined white cabbage served with a selection of boiled beef .

* Fleischschnaka: pasta rolls filled with minced meat.

* Poulet Riesling: chiken cooked in a local white wine.

* Baeckaeoffa: varied marined meats cooked with the veg in the oven.

* Truite aux amandes: trout cooked with almonds.

Refined French cuisine:

* Foie gras poêlé au crémant: fresh goose liver fried with crémant ( a local fizzy white wine).

* Cassolette d'escargot à la crème: snails cooked with cream.

* Mariné de saumon à l'aneth: fresh salmon marinated with dill.

* Filet de canard poêlé à la Mirabelle: duck fillets fried in plum brandy game (season permitting)

* Mixed salads…

All our dishes are prepared with quality products from local producers. Our meats are strictly selected (eg. Breeding respecting the animals). The menu depends on what is available at the time of year.
The charge is from 18 € on (wines are not included).
