Si alguien busca un enfoque más de salud que de turismo, recomiendo el Balneario de Carballo, en la provincia de A Coruña. No es tan turístico como otros, pero tiene una larga tradición médica y usan agua sulfurada para tratamientos de piel, reuma y vías respiratorias. Me atendió un médico del propio centro antes de empezar los tratamientos, lo cual da seguridad. También hay masajes terapéuticos y envolturas de barro. Aunque el edificio es antiguo, está reformado por dentro y bien mantenido. Es de los pocos Balnearios en Galicia https://www.balneariosgalicia.com/ que siguen con ese enfoque más clásico de balneoterapia. Además, Carballo está cerca de la Costa da Morte, por lo que se puede aprovechar para combinar tratamientos con turismo de costa. Muy buena opción si buscas algo más serio y orientado a la salud. |
