To make any change or cancellation on TAP Air Portugal, a passenger would require to pay a charge which depends on the conditions of flight fare that you simply have chosen. As per the TAP Portugal cancellation policy, the principles and charges for creating changes or cancellation for your flight reservation may vary from flight to flight and route to route. Some of the flights may charge you with a cancellation or change fee if the tickets are non-refundable alternatively the tickets do not allow the changes on the wing reservations. If you apply for a refund through FLYTAP, no charges are going to be imposed on the passenger. But if you request for a refund through the Contact Center or sales desk 30 EUR / USD40 / CAD 50 per ticket would be required to pay no matter the fare.
