I’ve been training consistently for years now, and recovery never used to be a huge issue — decent sleep, stretching, good food, and I was good to go. But lately I’m noticing I’m dragging more between sessions, especially after heavy leg days or back-to-back training blocks.

A buddy of mine mentioned he’s been using low-dose GH to support recovery, even though he’s not “on cycle” or chasing size. I never really looked into GH before because I thought it was more of a serious bodybuilder thing. But now I’m wondering — can it actually be useful just for recovery and general wear-and-tear?

Would love to hear if anyone’s used it for that purpose and how it went.

Yeah, totally feel you. I had the same mindset for years — thought GH was only for pros or people prepping for shows. But once I hit my late 30s, recovery started feeling like a separate job 😅I tried a few brands but ended up sticking with Cinnatropin. It’s clean, didn’t mess with my sleep or digestion, and within a few weeks I was noticing real improvements — less soreness, better sleep, and I wasn’t limping for two days after squats anymore. If you’re curious, here’s the one I’ve been using Cinnatropin 30 IU https://www.ecbt.org/product/cinnatropin-30-iu/ Just start with 1–2 IU/day and keep it steady. Not magic, but it makes a difference over time for sure.

Interesting to see how many folks are turning to GH just for recovery now. Used to be such a taboo subject, but now it’s kinda mainstream. Might look into it myself down the line.
