Hey there! It’s great to see someone focused on improving their training routine for American football. For strength and agility, I’ve found that compound exercises like squats and deadlifts work wonders. They really build foundational strength. For agility, ladder drills and cone sprints are fantastic for quick footwork. When it comes to skill drills, I usually incorporate route running and catching drills into my workouts to stay sharp. Recovery is just as important; I recommend foam rolling and dynamic stretching post-workout. For injury prevention, listen to your body and don’t push through pain. These strength training tips for football have really helped me! |
