Is there communication between colleagues in your company? I don't mean discussing purely work matters, but something friendly and all that. |

I work at a startup, and there are no problems with communication between us. Almost all the guys are my age, and we always have something to talk about in our free time. |

We have employees of different ages, but I don't think that makes any difference. No one is obliged to be friends with each other, but it is important to be respectful and, if possible, not to conflict, to meet each other halfway on various issues. In addition, we believe it is important to send congratulations on promotion email. Why not? Nowadays it’s easy to write such an email; there are even different templates and examples of texts. There is no need for excessive praise. Just kind words and congratulations are enough. |
