For me that’s honestly the worst nightmare that could happen in real life. I get super worried that I’ll be asleep and some problem will start. Where do you run, who do you call? |

Well I guess your building has emergency services. I don’t know how it works for houses, but I live in an apartment, and we have a management company with specialists who work 24/7 exactly for emergency situations. |

Or you can always find your own specialists who also provide 24/7 services. There are lots of plumbers in Seattle, but I got used to calling these guys https://bens.plumbing/services/drain-cleaning-seattle/emergency/, doesn’t matter if I need a clog fixed, a faucet replaced, or an urgent leak taken care of. |
