Hey everyone! I was browsing a small business subreddit when someone posted about using ai powered customer support to deal with repeat customer questions. They said it’s still in early access but works well enough to save time. That grabbed my attention. I added my name to the waitlist the same day. What really clicked for me was how it focuses on the day-to-day stuff that usually eats up my time, like basic inquiries and reminders.
