I get that for people without diabetes this is a weird question, and they have their own list of stuff they must take. If you have diabetes or someone close to you does, please help with what exactly you shouldn’t forget to take or do before leaving. This is my first trip experience. |

Oh man, I really feel for you. I probably can’t help much ’cause luckily I never had to deal with diabetes in real life. Maybe there are some checklists for travelers like you? I’m sure there are lists of what’s important to bring. |

Honestly, it makes me sad sometimes that some people just pack clothes, shoes, a makeup bag, and documents, while others prepare for every trip so they don’t just die on the way. That can be exhausting. When I first went on a trip, those travel tips for people with T1D helped me a lot. The first time is the hardest. Then you figure out what exactly and how much you need and how to organize the trip without health issues. |
