I'm out here for a few years, and visited Miyajima last weekend for the Sundance festival. I'd really like to go and experience the island without all the "hulla-ba-loo" of a music festival. While there I saw some tents set up along the beach and people fishing and swimming...is that allowed at times other than the Sundance festival? I'd like to go for a weekend night and stay in a tent right on the beach, and fish and walk the island by day. Is that allowed? |
