How do you deal with emotions when betting, especially after losing? Do you have any techniques or rules that help you keep your cool and not bet "on wagering"? I am interested in practical experience in dealing with impulsive decisions. |

Emotions are the most important enemy, as for me. How many times have I caught myself betting not out of calculation, but out of a desire to win back or prove something to myself. Fighting this is a constant job. But without it, it is difficult to count on stability. |

It's difficult, but setting rules helps, for example, making bets only at certain times or sticking to pre-planned options. I also never bet when I'm upset or chasing losses. Having a budget and tracking your bets allows you to control your emotions. I use 1-xbet-kenya.com for my betting, it allows you to set limits and provides good data for making informed decisions. |
